Qoterie was founded with a single conviction: Hawaii deserves better construction. After seeing how fire, termites, salt air, wind, and tropical moisture challenge conventional construction, we set out to make precision steel framing a practical foundation for resilient homes.
Based in Maui, we use FrameCAD cold-formed steel technology to build homes that are 25 times stronger than wood, fire-resistant, termite-resistant, and engineered for demanding island conditions. Every schedule is established around the actual design, site, permitting, procurement, and construction scope.
