Qoterie provides steel frame construction services, custom home building, renovation, and related construction services in Hawaii. The Site offers information about our services, project portfolio, and a means to contact us for consultations and estimates. Content on the Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer or contract for services.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed construction contract, the construction contract shall prevail.
5. Estimates and Consultations
Any estimates, quotes, or project timelines provided through the Site or during initial consultations are preliminary and non-binding. Final pricing, scope, and timelines are determined only through a signed construction agreement. Project costs may vary based on site conditions, material availability, permitting requirements, and other factors specific to Hawaii construction.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, and project renderings — is the property of Q O Terry LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
7. Project Images and Portfolio
Project images and descriptions displayed on the Site represent completed or in-progress work. Results may vary based on individual project specifications, site conditions, and client requirements. Qoterie reserves the right to photograph and showcase completed projects for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Licensing and Compliance
Qoterie is a licensed general contractor operating under the laws and regulations of the State of Hawaii. All construction work is performed in compliance with applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting requirements. Project-specific certifications, jurisdictional requirements, and eligibility determinations are confirmed during planning and preconstruction.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qoterie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to errors or omissions in content, loss of data, or interruption of service. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to access the Site.
