1. Agreement to Terms

Qoterie LLC provides custom prefab home design, manufacturing, and construction services, including but not limited to:

Architectural design and 3D rendering
Prefabricated home manufacturing
On-site construction and assembly
Smart home technology integration
Project management and coordination
All services are subject to separate project agreements, contracts, and proposals that will be provided prior to the commencement of any construction work.
3. Consultations
Free Design Consultations
Consultations are offered free of charge and carry no obligation
Consultations are approximately 45 minutes in duration
We reserve the right to limit the number of free consultations per individual
Information discussed during consultations is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee
Scheduling and Cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel a consultation at any time
We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
Repeated no-shows may result in limited access to future scheduling
4. Communications and Consent
Text Messages (SMS)
By providing your phone number on our forms and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Qoterie LLC, including:
Responses to your inquiries
Appointment confirmations and reminders
Follow-up messages related to your project
Marketing and promotional messages
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
Email Communications
By providing your email address, you consent to receive emails from Qoterie LLC related to your inquiry, project updates, and marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Phone Calls
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive phone calls from Qoterie LLC related to your inquiry and project.
5. Estimates, Pricing, and Proposals
All pricing and estimates provided on our website, during consultations, or in marketing materials are approximateand subject to change
Final pricing is determined through a formal proposal process after design consultation and site evaluation
A signed contract and deposit are required before any construction work begins
Pricing may be affected by factors including but not limited to: site conditions, permit requirements, material costs, design changes, and local regulations
6. Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on our website and in our marketing materials — including text, images, designs, logos, graphics, floor plans, and 3D renderings — is the property of Qoterie and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission
Use our designs, floor plans, or renderings for construction with another builder
Modify or create derivative works from our proprietary designs
Custom Designs
Designs created specifically for your project remain the property of Qoterie LLC until a construction contract is signed and full design fees are paid, at which point a license to use the design for your specific project will be granted as outlined in your project contract.
7. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information on all forms and during consultations
Not submit false or misleading information
Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
Respond to communications in a timely manner to avoid project delays
Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Our website content and consultation advice are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services
Our total liability for any claim related to pre-contract services (consultations, estimates, communications) shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any
Construction-related liability is governed by the separate construction contract
9. Disclaimers
Construction timelines (e.g., 3–4 months) are estimates based on typical projects and may vary depending on permitting, site conditions, weather, and other factors.
Testimonials and case studies reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results.
Availability and offers (e.g., build slot availability, promotional packages) are subject to change without notice.
Information on our website does not constitute professional architectural, engineering, legal, or financial advice.
10. Third-Party Services
We may recommend or connect you with third-party service providers, including but not limited to:
Land brokers and real estate agents
Lenders and financing partners
Permit and inspection services
